Health and Safety in the workplace courses are provided for anyone who attends one of our maintenance courses or who volunteers with us.
Level 2 in working safely.
Healthy eating on a budget courses, these courses are aimed at people who would like to combine healthy eating with cycling.
Course includes information on the Healthy Eating Plate,free receipes and information on healthy food choices.

This course is run once day a Month subject to funding.
Craft time is run once a month on a Friday Afternoon. We use recycled Bicycle parts to make into everyday objects such as Bracelets, Clocks, Mirrors and keyrings.
All items are for sale and are used to raise funds for other projects.
We are currently offering free training in Bicycle maintenance with AQA accreditation to anyone in Kent and Medway who is unemployed.
Our trainers are Level 3 Bicycle Mechanics and hold the Level 3 Award in Education and Training. They have many years of experience in commercial Bike shop/business and are experienced trainers.
Learning is mostly hands on training in a fully equipped commercial workshop; working on donated Charity Bicycles. Our courses run between two and four weeks, Monday- Thursday.
